MATTRESS CARE:  Remember to allow for a period of adjustment.  Body impressions on plush-type mattresses are normal.  Never bend your mattress, and although a manufacturer may not require it, we suggest rotating your mattress at least three to four times a year.

LEATHER CARE:  We highly recommend our leather protection.  It guarantees your product against stains, punctures and even burns.  Never use polish, saddle soap or abrasive cleaners.  The way you care for your leather is largely based on the type or grade of leather you have purchased

FABRIC PROTECTION:  Fabrics generally do not carry a warranty.  We urge our customers to purchase our fabric protector, allowing for up to ten years of warranty.

DESIGN SERVICE:  A complimentary consultation is on a no-charge basis.  Certain special services are available from a single room to entire home design, and can be charged hourly or by the project.

CUSTOM ORDERING:  We specialize in custom ordering.  Several major manufacturers are available.  Special orders do require a minimal non-refundable deposit prior to ordering.  Consult with your sales associate.

DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE:  Delivery is available on most items within our trading area of 73 communities.
